Two operators with backgrounds in hospitality, culinary science, and regenerative sourcing examined the functional pasta category and
identified a missing chapter. The legume pastas captured the
conversation about protein. Nobody had captured the conversation
hemp seed nutrition science had been quietly waiting to have.
ROME is also, deliberately, the city where ancient grain and modern
civilization first married — the first capital where pasta took its place
